Tate Modern is a modern art gallery located in Bankside area of London. It is Britain's national gallery of international modern art and forms part of the Tate group. Tate Modern is a very large gallery made of two buildings, Boiler House and Blavatnik Building. The Tate collection of modern and contemporary art represents all the major movements from Fauvism on. It includes important masterpieces by both Picasso and Matisse and one of the world's finest museum collections of Surrealism, including works by Dalí, Ernst, Magritte and Mirò. Tate also has significant collections in the field of pop art, including works by Liechtenstein and Andy Warhol, minimal art, and conceptual art.
