Statement:
Dastan announces “Resonance”. This exhibition, as part of Dastan:Outside projects, will be held in the basement space of the Sam Center.
“Resonance” opens on May 29, 2026, and will continue through June 19, 2026. The exhibition will feature works by several artists.
For Dastan, spring has always been a generous host to countless opportunities for new exhibitions, the development of its program, and deeper engagement with its audience.
Given the special circumstances of the recent months, many of these activities and the exhibitions planned for them had to be postponed.
Furthermore, for over a decade, Dastan has endeavored to present the works of Iranian artists in international programs, including art fairs. ///
Art Dubai is one of the largest art fairs in the Middle East, and Dastan has had a significant and consistent presence there since 2014.
This year’s edition of the fair was postponed due to the outbreak of war in the region and was also held on a much smaller scale than originally planned.
“Resonance” is an opportunity to bring together many of the activities that Dastan had planned for its spring season; programs including small and large exhibitions, international presentations, and new experiences.
Given the circumstances, these activities have been consolidated and defined around a larger exhibition in Tehran as part of the Dastan:Outside projects.
