In art and tradition of carpet weacing, on one hand there are puritans who insist on traditions and there is the other group that believes that there is not enough potential to take this art form to a different level. I on the other hand have tried to move between the two beliefs, because I believe that in a wider narrative art is a play between borders and edges. By disturbing the border lines a zone appears that is almost always, Elclectic and a space take shape whitin which the artist is able to review and re define the existing rules and offer a new reading. Whitin these zones, freedom of action materializes and new rules are defined. The ersult maybe art works that both of the said groups might want to adapt but in fact it will not belong to neither and in itself it will be an illusionary pattern: a pattern created through complete freedom of thought.
