2 days to the opening
10 Jul - 20 Sep, 2026
Statement:
Berlin-based Iranian artist Mahsa Aleph works at the intersection of film, installation, and text. Her work explores language, materiality, and memory, combining poetic settings with existential questions.
The exhibition features two works: the installation Jowhar (2021), a reflection on language as a mutable substance, and Reanimation (2026), a room-filling film projection in which home appears as a fragile construction, a borrowed, patched-together body.
Both works address questions of identity, loss, and cultural memory.
