Statement:

KÖNIG GALERIE is pleased to present THE SHAPE OF ABSENCE by Iranian-born, US-based artist Arghavan Khosravi at St. Agnes in Berlin.

The exhibition marks the artist’s second presentation with the gallery. In this body of work, Khosravi continues to explore a theme central to her practice: the position of women at the intersection of oppression, tradition, authoritarian power, resistance, and hope.
