Thetrue, the beautiful, thegood-iswrittenabove the cntrance door of German museums. In our exhibition project, we dedicate our cxamination especially to the beautiful and the ugly. We deal with this on the basis of the 1st and 2nd World War and tho Iraq-Iran war, as well as with the Umes aller - tho "idyllic" interwar period. With the current developments, war is more present than ever. In this context, wo examine war as a historicalandinternational phenomenon through paintings, drawings and films.
