Because of anomalous urban growth and development, the outskirts have become an incoherent, diverse and astatic place for overflowing urban predicaments. A growing population pushed into the edges of the city, in a dominant center-oriented context, becomes a maladaptive and alien underdog against any governing order. Being connected to the city and urban area, outskirts define their inhabitants with a different identity due to their presence in a disjointed structure. Dogs- these historic, lonely and abandoned companions, are left in loneliness without any care and attachment and transformed into stray dogs in the overthrowing nature. These representatives of the community of the disjointed and away from the center, with their linear and thin legs and fallen ears, wander around the outskirts gracelessly.
