Museum of Art and History Baron Gerard
located next to the cathedral, in the historical heart of Bayeux, the collections of the MAHB are presented in the former episcopal palace. To guide the path of the visitor and ease the understanding of the artworks, the museum tour is organized chronologically around 14 sections spread over two levels, the ground floor includes 5 stages ranging from prehistory to the Renaissance and the floor includes the following 9 steps, relating to collections from the 17th to the 20th century.
