A One-Day Exhibition of "Unrealized Projects" in Berlin

Author : Sara Taheran

Reading Time : 1 minute

On Monday, August 15, 2022, Pansion Projects held a one-day show titled "Unrealized Projects" at the Berlin Festival, where Hamed Dehghan, the founder of Pansion Projects, was the director of this group show. "Unrealized Projects" were about unfinished ideas that were never presented due to various reasons, including limited resources, financial issues, or the artist's discouragement. Unfinished collections were put next to each other to present a new narrative from unpublished ideas to the audience.

Anaclara Talento, Erfan Ghiasi, Hadi Sadeghipour, Hamed Dehghan, Hananeh Heydari, Karolien Chromiak, Mary Szydlowska, Rouzbeh Gholami, and Verena Gotthardt were among the artists of this show. It should be noted that the works of these artists will be published in a book.

Pansion Projects was founded in 2016 by Hamed Dehghan, a visual artist, in order to expand critical understanding of contemporary art and also to create a space for more dialogue and interaction between artists and art audiences. International artists, curators, and art critics have always been present in different editions of the event. In addition to holding several shows and art projects, "Pansion Projects" has also recently launched its online magazine called "Ephemera". Pansion Projects does not have a specific space and all projects are held in collaboration with other art and public spaces.
