Four Iranian Galleries To Attend In Contemporary Istanbul 2021

Contemporary Istanbul 2021 will take place from October 5 to October 10. This art gallery has about 50 galleries and 500 artists from around the world displaying their work. After the city's quarantine, Contemporary Istanbul 2021 will be the first international event to take place. To give greater importance to the Golden Horn area, the 16th edition of the art fair was held there.

In this art fair there are all mediums of art like painting, sculpture, photography, etc. The purpose of this event is to familiarize the art world with active Turkish artists and galleries in the field of contemporary art. Furthermore, Esra Özkan, the event curator, intended to feature the history and culture of the area by holding this event in Golden Horn.

Contemporary Istanbul emphasizes the importance of art and culture and aims to create an educational atmosphere. This art fair's organizers say that the positive points from last year's event have been repeated and improved in 2021.

At this Contemporary Istanbul 2021, Iranian galleries will participate such as the Bavan Gallery, Mohsen Gallery, Khak Gallery, and Iranshahr Gallery. Soraya Sharghi, Jinoos Misaghi, Navid Azimi, Behrang Samadzadegan, AmirHossein Zanjani, Mahsa Nouri, Hossein Mohammadi, Zahra Ghiasi, Amirhossein Bayani, Milad Jahangiri, Kambiz Sabri, Golnaz Fathi, Siamak Filizadeh, Salman Khoshroo, Shaya Shahrestani, Davood Zandian, Mehdi Shirahmadi, Reza Bahaevand, MohammadReza Yazdi and Farshid Davoodi are Iranian artists whose works have been presented by this galleries.
