INT. Day/Night
Sogol Ahadi - Solo Show
25 Sep - 6 Oct, 2020
O Gallery presents "INT. Day/Night", a collection of paintings by Sogol Ahadi (b. 1990 Tehran).
The idea of the present collection was formed when the artist had to move her studio to her home, and as a result of this relocation, had to redefine her perception of "place" as a concept. In this collection, she has tried to challenge her understanding of surrounding objects and their degree of ambiguity, sharpness, clarity, stillness, and motion in order to apprehend subjective concepts such as time and space.
