Statement:
Streets flooded with abandoned shoes—the collective memory of societies for whom no Mass Alert was issued.
A Mass Alert is only declared when the entity sounding the warning, while foreseeing one or many collective dangers, also perceives itself at risk.
Otherwise, under the pretext of preventing “anarchism” (or so-called disorder), no alarm may be raised—and society, in its blind pursuit of avoiding chaos, may march unknowingly toward catastrophe.///
Unaware that irreversible anarchism awaits it. The shoes embody a grotesque exodus: fleeing en masse, aimlessly, with no knowledge of escape routes or refuge.
A Mass Alert is not an anxiety-inducing alarm. It is a promise—a call for social and environmental resilience, a collective imperative for our present era and future generations.
It demands: Social cohesion against ethnic and ideological fragmentation, Environmental endurance against collapse.
