Statement:

O Gallery presents "Entanglement", a collection of works by Ali Vaziri (b. 1986 Mashhad).

In continuation to his previous collection, by examining the different states of materials and applying rather contradictory procedures (such as drawing, construction, destruction, restoration, and reconstruction), Vaziri has created forms that look wearied. In the collection on display, the main focus of the artist has been on the relationship between forms and their background, and by the emphasis on the entanglement of the two, he presents a simultaneous representation of time and its effects on the existential layers of each subject and its surrounding environment.
