Sounds of Silence
Shiva Noroozi - Solo Show
17 Dec, 2021 - 5 Jan, 2022
SARAI Gallery
Neda Building | Pakravan Club | Shiraz Petrochemical Street | Mahshahr | Iran"I portray people in moments when they have escaped the hustle and bustle of everyday life and taken refuge in silence. I believe images can compensate for the inadequacy of language to express such meanings and feelings. Using human subjects and geometric forms, I try to reveal what is hidden and find a solution to show such dualities as outside and inside, reality and imagination, time and timelessness."
- From painter and KhorArtInitiative2021 finalist Shiva Noroozi’s statement.
