The Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art opened to the public on November 28, 1995. The permanent collection of around 5,000 works. The collections focus on post-1945 Catalan and Spanish art, although some International artists are also represented.
On January 1 and December 25, the museum will be closed. Working Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00 – 20:00 (From 25 June to 24 September) 11:00 – 19:30 (From 25 September to 24 June) Saturday 10:00 – 20:00 Sunday 10:00 – 15:00
