Art Basel Hong Kong 2022

On May 28 and 29, Art Basel Hong Kong 2022  ran with exhibitors from five continents of the world. More than 130 galleries attended the event. This year, the online section was also available and people could see the artworks in the Viewing Room. The art fair presented the works in three sections: "Galleries", "Insights", and "Discoveries". Moreover, the event aimed at establishing an effective interaction between native artists, viewers, and the overall atmosphere of the art fair. Additionally, programs by Ellen Pau, the pioneering artist in producing motion pictures in Hong Kong, were exhibited in the art fair, as well as group projects by other native artists. 

Three works by Siah Armajani, the Iranian artist, were presented by Rossi & Rossi Gallery in the "Galleries" section of the art fair. His works, titled "Four Bridges", "Thomas Jefferson's House: East Wing, Night House" and "Room for Migrant Worker", were displayed in order to present Armajani's most prominent artistic activities; that is architectural installations. His works were also exhibited in the previous edition of the art fair, Art Basel Hong Kong 2019.
