Conditions: -The bidder can quit or change the pricing until only 30 minutes before the auction. -Transferring process is on the buyer and the center just can introduce valid transferring companies. -A 7-percent tax will be added to the final price and 25 percent should be paid as a deposit. -The auction result will be announced to winners by Whitley’s Associate by telephone or email. - Bidders who have not won the auction will not be contacted.
