paper positions berlin is an art fair in the German-speaking region where participating galleries showcase a wide range of high-quality contemporary, modern, and 19th-century art, providing collectors and visitors with a concentrated insight into this special artistic medium.

From 1 - 4 May 2025, parallel to the Berlin Gallery Weekend, paper positions berlin presents 65 international galleries from 18 countries with their outstanding positions from contemporary and modern art with a focus on drawing and the material paper.

Afshan Daneshvar, the winner of the Paper Positions Award 2024, is granted a dedicated space for a solo presentation at this year’s Paper Positions, where a recent collection of her works are on display.
