I Never Read, Art Book Fair Basel 2026 is an independent platform dedicated to artists’ publications, art books, and contemporary printed matter, taking place during Basel’s international art week. Bringing together independent publishers, artists, designers, and cultural practitioners, the fair presents a diverse selection of art books, zines, magazines, editions, and experimental publishing projects.

Celebrating its 15th edition, the event fosters exchange, dialogue, and collaboration while providing a space where emerging voices and established publishers can engage with an international audience.

Plaque 27 presents a selection of the artists’ Books and art bundles. The collection is drawn from three countries: Iran, Germany, and the United States. Part of the collection was made possible with the help of Amirali Ghasemi and Zanbaq Lotfi.

Tehran Zine is also participating in this event, showcasing more than 14 works by Iranian artists.

The art book "The Pleasant Year" , a collaborative project by Ashkan Zahraei, Ali Shayesteh and Iman Aram, is also being presented to the public for the first time at this event.
