The 21st edition of Contemporary Istanbul will take place from 23–27 September 2026 at Tersane Istanbul, bringing together more than 70 galleries from 24 countries. Dedicated to modern and contemporary art, the fair provides a platform for presenting artworks while fostering connections among galleries, artists, collectors, curators, and art institutions across the international art community.

Alongside its main gallery section, Contemporary Istanbul presents a programme of special projects, public art, and professional talks that address current issues in contemporary art and encourage cross-border collaboration. This multidisciplinary approach has established the fair as one of the leading art fairs in the region and an important meeting point linking the art scenes of Europe, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean.
