Haus Am Waldsee Reschedules Opening
After 17 months of construction, the Haus am Waldsee was scheduled to reopen on 26 September 2018 as part of Berlin Art Week. Due to construction delays, the solemn reopening of the Zehlendorfer exhibition location with an extensive solo show by Karin Sander has to be postponed to 1 December, 2018. As a partner of Berlin Art Week 2018, the Haus am Waldsee will nevertheless be offering an event in the premises of the almost completely renovated building: On 30 September at 3 pm, the charity auction will take place in favour of the new building in cooperation with Christie's, while preview will be starting at 12 pm.

Last Weekend of "Wassermusik" Festival
Since the end of July, the festival "Wassermusik" takes place on the roof terrace of the Haus der Kulturen der Welt (HKW) every weekend. With the programme series, each presenting a concert and a film per evening, the HKW takes the British exit from the European Union as an opportunity to thank the United Kingdom for 60 years of great music. This weekend, the last two festival evenings take place, starting at 7 pm.
