Shown as artworks on screens, the first half of Media Relay is reminiscent of the way many of us experienced art and life over the last two years: through devices that framed our everyday communications. The works on view reflect on the effects of living in a media-saturated environment, the fragmentation produced by technology, and the surreal impact that the blurring of boundaries between humans and devices has had on both our waking lives and dream states.
