The binding site in biochemistry is the area where two molecules that interact with each other are connected. This bonding is often accompanied by the structural deformation of both molecules. In this collection, the point that makes it unique is the duality of all the sculptures and how they connect several separate pieces of stones. My intervention is merely to construct the statues in the same active principle that I did by removing or keeping some of the last parts to create a new balance different from its previous state. Searching for and finding suitable stones to make sculptures in the most physically possible form is a part of the discovery and the work itself. The places where I go to search for stones and the ultimate shapes they eventually take depend on chance.
