Opening of Sotheby Auction House 2021

"The 20th Century Art-Middle East Auction" will be held under the supervision of the Sotheby's Auction House on October 20, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. local time. 

74 works by 41 artists will be auctioned at the event. Sotheby's London will auction off the 20th-century Middle Eastern artworks at the upcoming event. These pieces include the works of modern, contemporary, and pioneering artists. Works by Iranian artists such as Bahman Mohassess, Hossein Zendehroudi, Ebrahim Faraji, Farhad Moshiri, Houshang Pezeshknia, Leyly Matine Daftari, Mansour Ghandriz, Marcos Grigorian, Massoud Arabshahi, Mohsen Vaziri Moghaddam, Parviz Tanavoli, Reza Derakhshani, Rokni Haerizadeh, Sadegh Tabrizi, Shadi Ghadirian, and Sirak Malekonian are presented at this auction. 

Of the 28 works presented by Iranian artists, Parviz Tanavoli has the highest number of artworks with 6 different ones.
