Venice Biennale 2022 runs from April 20 to November 27, 2022. In this event which is holding its 59th edition, 213 artists from 58 countries are participating. Three  Iranian artists are attending the event: Arghavan Khosravi, Firouz Farmanfarmaian, and Bita Razavi. Arghavan Khosravi has presented her work in a collective project. As the curator of this section, Ziba Ardalan, manages this artist's work alongside 10 other artists in this collection. The presented works by the artists are in harmony with the phenomenon of entropy. Each of these artists has independently identified several unfavorable phenomena that have become increasingly common in our daily lives, environment, and social and collective history which have become important during past decades.

The National Pavilion of Kyrgyzstan, curated by Janet Rady, has showcased "Gates of Turan", a work by Firouz Farmanfarmaian. It displays ten felt embroidered works that symbolize the ten Turanian nomadic tribes. This work has been made to express the Kyrgyzstan nomadic handicrafts' significance, in which the past and the future, East and West, and nature and industry gather in an innovative combination.

Bita Razavi, accompanying Estonian artists, has presented an artwork as well.
