Sareh Imani at Biennial of the Bronx Museum of the Arts

The Bronx Museum of the Arts' fifth biennial, entitled "Bronx Calling: The Fifth AIM Biennial," began on November 10 and continues until March 20, 2022. In this event, the work of 68 emerging artists from the 2018 and 2019 cycles of the Bronx Museum's AIM Fellowship program will be shown.

AIM Biennial features a wide range of ideas through participatory storytelling. It discusses the necessity of changing human interactions in daily life, in different situations, and between generations. This biennial, however, can be seen as a meditation on everyday life and indeterminable times. The Bronx Calling features the work of artists responding to multiple crises of health, grief, the environment, and identity. Additionally, the biennial will be part of the museum's 50th anniversary public shows and programs. In many ways, these issues define our current situation.

The only Iranian artist present is Sareh Imani.
