Iranian Artists To Attend At FIAC 2021

On October 20-23, 2021, FIAC 2021 will take place. At this edition, more than 160 galleries from 26 different countries are participating at the Grand Palais Ephémère and the Galerie Eiffel. There are many artworks in different mediums on display at this art fair. The artworks are from galleries all over the world and are in the field of contemporary and modern art. Taking place every year, the event is a great opportunity to bring together gallery owners, museum curators, collectors, and artists. Since 2003, Jennifer Flay has managed the FIAC.

During this art fair, Dastans Basement will take part in two separate sections. The in-person portion of the show, will present works from Hoda Kashiha and Farrokh Mahdavi, while in the online portion of the show, works from Andisheh Avini, Maryam Eivazi, Raha Raissnia, Nikzad Nodjoumi (Nicky) and Baktash Sarang will be presented. The only Iranian gallery attending this event is Dastans Basement.

Other Iranian artists such as Nairy Baghramian, Shahryar Nashat, Hadi Fallahpisheh, and Rokni Haerizadeh will also participate in this art fair through international galleries.
